In the Kick Start dvd, you not only have the front and back views, but also a core-only view and a split view, which shows the core on one side and the front on the other. There are some screen shots in this post so you can see the video quality.
There are no help segments- this video is more like a help segment by itself. This is a great introduction to see if the Core Rhythms program is right for you, and if you are new to CR, then it's a pretty good workout on its own for beginners. When I first started CR, this video alone had me sweating!
I will also be slowly uploading the 6 dvds in the Core Rhythms Club Mix series. In about a month I should have the first one of those up. I can only upload at certain times a few days a week, and only at low-DSL speeds.
