You’ll find the the name of the author familiar because it’s the same person that created Universal Share Downloader or USDownloader. (E)lephant is a weird name to be used for a download manager which is able to bypass rapidshare’s download limitation. Well, I don’t think the name actually matter so much as long as it works! Besides that, the program also comes with a leeching ability that can help you earn RS points faster just by yourself.

That is a "false positive" and is not a harmful event of any kind, you should ignore it, or forfeit the use of the program! If you wish, wait until your anti-virus program receives new definitions, and scan the program again. If they did their job properly, (E)Lephant will no longer be falsely identified.
