Video Avatar is a great tool for creating GIF avatars, userpics and signatures from any
video file. You can choose the video file and its part and then crop it for your userpic or
signature. So basically Video Avatar is a video cropper. By using Video Avatar you can
create original video avatars for your blogs, journals, you can also set userpic and
